“Properties, like Forest Grove, that have extensive histories of violence coupled with mold and bug infestations are nuisances to the community. They are crime attractors and put everyone living and working there in danger. Thankfully, the City of Atlanta has taken legal action against Forest Grove and their Property Management Company in the same of public safety. Apartment complexes must be kept safe from foreseeable third-party criminal attacks.”
