Posted By Danny Dalton | September 6 2022 | Truck Accidents

On Sunday afternoon, a semi-truck driver was not paying attention to the roadway, sending two innocent victims to the hospital with serious injuries. Retain an expert to inspect the scene of the accident and the data in the commercial vehicle.

Obtain a copy of the accident report and speak with the witnesses and responding officer.

Collect medical records and bills and ensure the injured party gets the needed treatment.
