On Monday evening, 29-year-old Sharice Bilbee of Marion, IN, was riding on her moped near the intersection of Baldwin Avenue and Fourth Street in Marion, IN, when she was struck by the driver of a semi-truck, 25-year-old Sohil Singh of Manitoba, Canada. According to the police report, Singh ran a red light. The investigation continues.
