Local news reports that on Tuesday night, 62-year-old Thomas E. Keele of Arcade was killed when a tractor-trailer failed to stop at an intersection on Vermont Hill Road in the Town of Holland and slammed into his 2003 Silverado pickup truck. Keele was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver sustained minor injuries and may face charges pending further investigation.
