Chris Beddow

Overview

Chris Beddow is an accomplished litigator and seasoned courtroom advocate representing victims and their families in complex matters involving all areas of personal injury law including, but not limited to, wrongful death, premises liability, negligent security, sexual assault, government liability, traumatic brain injury, car and trucking accidents, and motorcycle accidents.

Known for his calm presence, direct approach, and ability to deliver results both in and out of the courtroom, Chris zealously represents clients with skill, strategy and compassion. Chris has been consistently recognized for his legal skill by National Trial Lawyers and Best Lawyers as “Ones to Watch.”

Before entering the legal field, Chris spent time in New York City pursuing a successful career in acting, appearing in professional television, film, and theatre productions. That experience gave him a unique ability to command attention, connect with audiences, and present compelling narratives—skills that now serve him well in front of judges and juries.

Chris went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List and served as Senior Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. He also earned his M.B.A. from the highly regarded Darla Moore School of Business, specializing in Finance.

Personal

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons, Carter and Camden. He’s an avid outdoorsman and a lifelong fan of the Carolina Panthers and UNC Tar Heels.
